Jarvis is a young and dynamic company founded in 2018 and operating in Settimo Milanese, in the Milan Area. The services offered are “design, implementation, maintenance of electronic and electrical equipment and tele-control systems”, “screen printing” and “production of custom-made furniture”.
Despite being a young company, Jarvis has in-house resources with highly qualified know-how and decades of work experience in the related fields of expertise.

QUALITY POLICY

In order to maintain high quality standards, Management is committed to:

Develop a Quality Management System to ensure the full satisfaction of all stakeholders and to increase its efficiency and competitiveness;

Ensure the punctuality and the production of reliable, repeatable and properly documented products;

Evaluate, select and monitor its Suppliers in terms of their compatibility with the quality standards necessary to meet the needs of our Customers;

Adapt/Adjust training activities, both internal and external, to the requested quality requirements, paying particular attention to the workers’ health, safety and satisfaction;

Develop internal and external communication strategies in order to improve the performance and applicability of the Quality Management System;

Introduce a system of indicators in all processes, so that performances can be constantly monitored and opportunities for improvement identified;

Periodically review the objectives and performances of the Quality Management System, starting with indicators related to Customer satisfaction;

Assess potential business risks by measuring their level and defining actions to be taken for their mitigation;

Assess business opportunities with the aim of improving business processes.
